Our formula is a product that contains 100% of the amino acid L-glutamine. During intensive physical exercise, glutamine can become an essential amino acid, as the body cannot produce the required amount under certain conditions. Our product is offered in an unflavored form without added excipients, which means you can combine it with your protein shake or other supplements.

Recommended dosage: Take one serving per day (5 g – measuring scoop filled to the 8.5 ml mark) and mix with 300 ml of water or other liquid, or you can combine it with protein or a bulking product. Use 30–40 minutes before training and shortly after, or before going to bed. Take it between meals on rest days. It is recommended to take one or two servings per day.
