B-100 capsules contain a full complement of B vitamins as well as choline and inositol. These vitamins help support energy production, normal homocysteine metabolism, and the health of the nervous system. B vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of vitamin B12, cannot be stored in the body, so they must be replenished daily. Vitamin B12 is stored in the liver. Almost all sources of this vitamin are of animal origin (meat and dairy products), so taking a dietary supplement with vitamin B12 may be particularly important for vegetarians.
