B-50 capsules provide a full complement of B vitamins plus choline and inositol. These vitamins support energy production, normal homocysteine metabolism, and the health of the nervous system. B vitamins are water-soluble and, with the exception of vitamin B12, cannot be stored in the body; therefore, they must be supplied on a daily basis. Vitamin B12 is stored in the liver. Almost all sources of this vitamin are of animal origin (meat and dairy products), so taking a dietary supplement with vitamin B12 may be especially important for vegetarians.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
