Benfotiamine is a more bioavailable derivative of thiamine (vitamin B-1). Unlike regular thiamine, benfotiamine is fat-soluble and more physiologically active. It supports normal glucose utilization by regulating transketolase, an enzyme necessary to maintain normal glucose metabolic pathways. Normal glucose levels are also vital for maintaining the health of endothelial cells in the kidneys and retina.

Suggested use
1 tablet up to 4 times daily with meals.
