Suggested use
Children 0-5 years: 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) 1-3 times daily. Children 6-12 years: 1/2-1 teaspoon 3 times daily. May be mixed with water, juice, or your favorite smoothie, or sprinkled on foods such as cereal, fruit, or yogurt, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
