Flavin mononucleotide (FMN), also called riboflavin phosphate, is one of the two metabolically active coenzyme forms of vitamin B2. FMN itself is a precursor of another B-2 coenzyme, FAD. FMN participates in a wide range of enzymes and plays many roles in the production of energy from food, as well as in the biotransformation of vitamin B6 into its coenzyme form.

Suggested use
Take 1 lozenge daily. For best results, allow the product to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
