Flaxseed oil is a natural reservoir of omega-3 fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is considered an essential fatty acid because the body cannot produce it from other fats and must obtain it from the diet. Flaxseed oil has been shown to support cardiovascular health and help maintain healthy skin.

This flaxseed oil has been specially pressed to be as close as possible to the original seed oil. We have taken special care to bring this product to market in capsule form, which completely contains the oil and protects it from oxidation and contamination.
