Flaxseed oil is a natural source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), one of the omega-3 fatty acids. ALA is considered an essential fatty acid because the body cannot synthesize it from other fats and must obtain it from food. Flaxseed oil has been shown to support cardiovascular health and promote skin health.
This flaxseed oil is produced using a special pressing technology so that its composition remains as close as possible to the oil originally contained in flaxseed. Special attention has been paid to the form in which the product is released to the market — in capsules that hermetically contain the oil, protecting it from oxidation and contamination.
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule 1–3 times daily with food.
