Dietary supplement Stark Pharm - Stark GABA & B6 contains gamma-aminobutyric acid, complemented with vitamin B6. GABA is one of the most important mediators of the brain, which has an inhibitory effect. By its nature, it is an amino acid. In the human body, GABA induces sleep and eliminates mental excitation.

In bodybuilding, GABA is used because it can stimulate the anterior pituitary gland, which produces growth hormone. Growth hormone, in turn, has a pronounced anabolic and fat-burning effect.

Given the low permeability of GABA through the blood-brain barrier, it is recommended to take 2000–3000 mg of the supplement per day; according to research, this provides a noticeable effect in increasing growth hormone levels by 5–6 times.

As a calming supplement, it can be used in significantly lower concentrations of 500–1000 mg per day.
