Product information. Glucomannan is a soluble fiber derived from the Asian konjac tree. Traditionally, glucomannan has been used to support normal bowel function and normal blood glucose levels. Glucomannan has a high absorption capacity and one of the highest water-retention properties among other soluble fibers. It can hold and absorb up to 100 times more water than its own weight.
