Food supplement Stark Glycine - Stark Pharm contains glycine, which is a neurotransmitter amino acid that exhibits a parallel dualistic effect. Glycine receptors are present in many areas of the brain and spinal cord. By binding to the receptors (encoded by the GLRA1, GLRA2, GLRA3, and GLRB genes), glycine has an “inhibitory” effect on neurons, reduces the release of “excitatory” amino acids such as glutamic acid from neurons, and increases the release of GABA.
