Terms and conditions

This Public Offer Agreement is a public contract for the provision of services and sale of goods (hereinafter – Agreement), which is considered concluded between the Seller and an individual (Buyer) from the moment of acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.

Placing an order through the RunRecon website or contact channels means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by the Buyer.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public Offer – RunRecon.com's offer to conclude a distance contract for the purchase and sale of goods and provision of services.

1.2. Service or Product – the subject of the agreement, selected by the Buyer on the RunRecon website and added to the cart, or purchased remotely.

1.3. Website – the RunRecon.com platform for placing orders and providing information about products and services.

1.4. Buyer – a legally competent individual aged 18 or older who orders goods and services for personal use, not for commercial resale.

1.5. Seller – a private entrepreneur organizing the RunRecon club and selling goods and providing services through the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the selected Product to the Buyer or provide the Service, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product or Service under this Agreement.

2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer places the Order and receives confirmation from the Seller.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer places the order independently via the RunRecon.com website or through contact channels.

3.2. The Seller may refuse to fulfill the order if the Buyer provides incomplete or suspicious information.

3.3. To place an order, the Buyer must provide:

3.4. Name, quantity, SKU, and price of the Product or Service are specified in the Buyer's cart.

3.5. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.

4. Special conditions for orders via the "Veterans Sport" program (CMU Resolution No.2 dated 03.01.2025)

4.1. The product for Buyers receiving support under the “Veteran Sport” program is a subscription for a set of informational and sports-related services (hereinafter — the “Subscription”). It includes the opportunity to participate in the RunRecon club, receive recommendations on physical activity, and access educational materials in the field of physical training and sports.

The actual scope and content of the services related to physical training and sports shall be specified by the Parties through the Seller sending the relevant information to the Buyer’s email address provided during the order process.

The Subscription is valid for three months from the date the payment is received by the Seller.

4.2. Purchasing the "RunRecon Membership" Service grants the Buyer the right to purchase other Products listed on the RunRecon online store website.

4.3. The price listed for the Product in the RunRecon online store catalog includes the cost of the "RunRecon Membership" Service and the selected Product, sold at a discounted price of 0.01 UAH. Sale of Products at this discounted price is possible only together with the "RunRecon Membership" Service. Changing or replacing the Product automatically changes the cost of the "RunRecon Membership" Service according to the new Product price.

4.4. The Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees to the terms set out in Clause 4 of this Agreement by selecting the "Veterans Sport" payment method when placing the order.

4.5. The Seller is not responsible for the subsequent intended use of funds received by the Buyer under the "Veterans Sport" program.

5. Price and Payment

5.1. Prices for Products and Services are listed on the RunRecon website and may change without notice, except in cases of full payment of the placed order.

5.2. Payment is made using one of the available methods: prepayment, partial prepayment, or payment upon receipt.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by errors or late payment by the Buyer.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out by transport companies at the Buyer's expense.

6.2. The Buyer must check the Product upon receipt and confirm the absence of visible defects.

6.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the Product.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

8.2. Force majeure releases both parties from liability (war, natural disasters, fires, etc.).

9. Confidentiality

9.1. The Buyer consents to the processing and use of personal data to fulfill the Agreement.

9.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose received information except as required by law.

10. Other Terms

10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached – in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

10.2. The Agreement is valid in Ukraine and may be amended unilaterally by the Seller via publication on the RunRecon website.
