Inulin + fructo-oligosaccharides (50:50) – a prebiotic (not to be confused with probiotics) in powder form. Used to improve the health of the esophagus and normalize the microflora of the intestinal mucosa.
One serving contains:
Inulin – 2500 mg
Fructooligosaccharides – 2500 mg
Nutritional value per 100 g: proteins - 0 g; fats – 0 g; carbohydrates – 100 g (fiber – 91.5 g).
Energy value (caloric content): 155 kcal.

May be recommended as a prebiotic.
The product should be used as recommended by a trainer or as prescribed by a sports doctor.
Directions for use:
Adults: one serving (1 measuring spoon) 1–2 times a day. Dissolve in a glass of water or add to a protein shake.
