Directions
As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with food or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Results may vary.

Other ingredients
Cellulose, dextrose, sorbitol, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. Contains <2% of: artificial colors (FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Yellow No. 5), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
