Directions for use
As a mineral supplement, adults should take one (1) tablet per day with any meal or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Results may vary. Not intended for use by children.

Other ingredients
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dextrose, cellulose, stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Artificial colors (FD&C Blue #2, carmine, FD&C Red 40, FD&C Yellow #6), dextrin, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, medium chain triglycerides, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate, titanium dioxide.
