Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body, primarily in skeletal muscles. Directions for use
Mix 6 capsules with fruit juice or another sweetened beverage, take 3–4 times a day before or after training during the first 7 days. Then, for maintenance, take 6 capsules 1–3 times a day. Allow 3–4 hours between doses. After 28 days of use, continue taking one serving (6 capsules) daily. Drink sufficient amounts of fluid while using this product.
