L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid in the human body, involved in many metabolic processes, including the synthesis and protection of muscle tissue, glycogen production, and providing immune support during periods of immune and muscular stress. L-Glutamine is also the primary fuel source for enterocytes (intestinal cells) and therefore supports the integrity of the intestinal mucosal lining.
Suggested use
Adults take 1 capsule 1–2 times per day, preferably on an empty stomach or after a workout, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Other ingredients
Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide.
