Dietary supplement L-Tryptophan – Stark Pharm contains the amino acid tryptophan in powdered form. Niacin (vitamin B) and serotonin are synthesized in the body specifically from tryptophan. The latter is involved in brain processes and regulates appetite, sleep, mood, and pain threshold.

Tryptophan is a natural relaxant that helps combat insomnia, as well as states of anxiety and depression.
