This double-strength L-tryptophan product from NOW® contains twice as much L-tryptophan (1000 mg per tablet) as our regular product (500 mg per tablet).

Suggested use
Take 1 tablet 1–3 times daily on an empty stomach (the last dose to be taken at bedtime), or as directed by your physician.
