Magnesium citrate is one of the most common forms of magnesium that can be easily purchased. Some studies show that this type is one of the most bioavailable forms of the mineral and is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract more easily than others.

It is used to increase magnesium levels in the body. Thanks to its natural laxative effect, it is also sometimes used in higher doses to treat constipation.

Directions for use:
