Maple syrup is obtained in spring from the sap of organic sugar maple trees. It takes 151 liters (40 gallons) of pure sap to produce 4 liters (1 gallon) of pure syrup. From one productive sugar maple, 1–2 liters of pure maple syrup can be obtained per season.

Dark Grade A syrup (formerly Grade B) has a more intense and richer flavor than light Grade A syrup.

Suggested Use
Pure maple syrup is an excellent addition to pancakes, yogurt, ice cream, oatmeal, and many other dishes.

Refrigerate after opening.
