Suggested use
Remove the protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump 1–2 times firmly at the end of the stroke. Inhale deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle after each use. Use only as directed.

Water (Aqua), glycerin (vegetable), polysorbate 20, ascorbic acid, grapefruit seed extract (Citrus paradisi), xylitol (0.74%), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), echinacea extract (Echinacea purpurea), goldenseal leaf extract (Hydrastis canadensis), milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum), butcher’s broom root extract (Ruscus aculeatus), sodium chloride, tocophersolan, peppermint oil (Mentha piperita), and menthol.
