Pleasant-tasting NOW® nutritional yeast flakes are produced from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. These yeast are grown on enriched, purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. This is primary-grown yeast and therefore is NOT a by-product of brewing, like brewer’s yeast. This ensures the absence of Candida albicans yeast.

NOW® nutritional yeast provides a natural nutritional profile that is found in genuine whole foods.

Ingredients: dried yeast, niacin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride (thiamine), folic acid, cobalamin (B12).

Take 2 level tablespoons daily, mixed with milk, fruit juice, or vegetable juice. May also be used in vegetarian recipes or added to protein shakes to increase nutrient content.

Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
