Policosanol is a mixture of long-chain fatty alcohols (LCFA) derived from sugar cane. LCFAs are natural plant waxes. Studies show that these plant waxes may help support cholesterol levels already within the normal range. This formula also contains plant sterols (from pine) and hawthorn berries for additional support.
This extra strength product has four times more policosanol (40 mg per capsule) than the regular product (10 mg per capsule).
Suggested use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
