Policosanol is a mixture of long-chain fatty alcohols (LCFA) derived from sugar cane. LCFA are natural plant waxes. Studies indicate that these plant waxes may help support cholesterol levels that are already within the normal range. This formula also includes plant sterols (from pine) and hawthorn berries for additional support.

This extra-strength product has four times more policosanol (40 mg per capsule) than the regular product (10 mg per capsule).

Suggested use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
