Directions
1 full press of the dispenser measures a portion of cream of approximately 1.3 g and contains 20 mg of bioidentical USP-grade progesterone from wild yam. This container holds about 65 doses. Using massaging motions, apply 1 dose to smooth areas of the skin, such as the wrists, inner arms or thighs, neck, abdomen, or chest once or twice a day.

Apply the cream to these areas alternately. Women in premenopause should use the cream for 14 days before the first day of menstruation, then take a break and repeat. Women in menopause should use it for 21 days, then stop for 7 days and repeat. These are only general recommendations, which may need to be adjusted depending on individual needs.
