Fiber is an essential part of proper nutrition that helps maintain the normal functioning of various organs of the body. One serving of psyllium fiber contains two (2) grams of soluble fiber.

Recommended use
To increase daily fiber intake, take up to five (5) capsules, swallowing one (1) capsule at a time with 240 ml (8 fl. oz.) of water. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking. See «Choking warning». Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. May be taken up to four (4) times per day or as directed by a physician. Individual results may vary.
