Psyllium is able to swell up to 50 times its initial volume when added to liquid. This property can play an important role in maintaining regular bowel movements and gastrointestinal health.
Suggested use
Take 2 capsules 2–3 times daily with a full glass of liquid (240 ml, 8 oz).
