Biotin or vitamin B7, H is a water-soluble B-group vitamin that is often used in sports because it plays a huge role in the metabolism of amino acids, as well as in the processes that supply muscles with energy. Quite often, it is biotin deficiency that causes slow growth of muscle mass. Biotin is also often used in cosmetology to improve the condition of hair, nails, and skin. Composition of one tablet: biotin (vitamin B7, H) 5000 mcg Additional components: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, calcium stearate. The product should be used as recommended by a trainer or prescribed by a sports physician. Directions for use: Adults take 1–2 tablets per day after meals, with a glass of water. Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Contraindications: individual intolerance to the product components, children, pregnancy, and breastfeeding period.
