Dietary supplement Stark GABA - Stark Pharm contains gamma-aminobutyric acid, which is one of the most important mediators of the brain and has an inhibitory effect. By its nature, it is an amino acid. In the human body, GABA induces sleep and eliminates mental excitation.

In bodybuilding, GABA is used because it can stimulate the anterior pituitary gland, which produces growth hormone. Growth hormone, in turn, has a pronounced anabolic and fat-burning effect.
As a calming supplement, it can be used in significantly lower concentrations of 500–1000 mg per day.

Recommendations for use: the serving for an adult athlete is 1/2 measuring spoon (1500 mg) twice a day.
