Melatonin is a hormone of the epiphysis (pineal gland) that regulates the sleep/wake cycle and also has a wide range of additional effects. It is also known as the sleep hormone. It is used in tablets or capsules to facilitate falling asleep and to adjust the “internal clock” during long trips. A positive effect on weight loss has been proven, and antioxidant and antitumor effects have also been identified.
Composition per one Stark Melatonin tablet:
melatonin – 5 mg
glycine – 50 mg
Other components:
Microcellulose, lactose, calcium stearate.

Recommendations for use:
One tablet 30–60 minutes before sleep.
