This is a dry lecithin powder, a fat-like substance that is a mixture of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine (19–21%), phosphatidylethanolamine (15–17%), inositol-containing phosphatides (10–12%) and phosphatidylserine (0.5) with triglycerides and a small amount of other substances.

Biological effects of lecithin:
is the main nourishment for the entire nervous system (is part of the sheaths of nerve fibers);
ensures normal phospholipid metabolism (its deficiency leads to irritability, nervous breakdowns, fatigue);
is the most important building material for the brain (multiple sclerosis, memory impairment and other disorders of brain activity are usually accompanied by a reduced level of lecithin in a person);
a lack of lecithin in children leads to poor concentration and low learning ability;
reduces cholesterol levels and the concentration of fatty acids in the blood;
helps cleanse vascular walls of cholesterol plaques;
