Yohimbine has an affinity for alpha-2 adrenoceptors, a moderate affinity for alpha-1 adrenoceptors, 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, 5-HT1D, 5-HT1F, 5-HT2B, and D2 receptors, and a weak affinity for 5-HT1E, 5-HT2A, 5-HT5A, 5-HT7, and D3 receptors. Yohimbine blocks alpha-1 adrenoceptors, alpha-2 adrenoceptors, 5-HT1B, 5-HT1D, 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B, and D2 receptors, and stimulates 5-HT1A receptors.

In addition, yohimbine has a stimulating effect on the CNS, improving cognitive functions, mental concentration, and allowing you to train longer and more intensively.

As is known, most fat burners act as stimulators of adrenaline secretion, which in turn stimulates alpha and beta adrenoceptors. When beta receptors are stimulated, fat is broken down, and when alpha receptors are stimulated, the opposite effect is observed: inhibition of adrenaline release and accumulation of fat in fat depots.

By blocking alpha receptors, yohimbine allows fat to be broken down freely with the release of energy.

Recommendations for use:
The product should be used as recommended by a trainer or prescribed by a sports physician.

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day. The most effective times for intake are in the morning and before training, but not less than 2 hours after a meal and 1–2 hours before a meal (carbohydrate food in particular reduces the effect). If body weight is more than 90 kg, the dose may be increased to 4 tablets per day under the supervision of a physician or sports trainer.
