TMG, also known as anhydrous betaine, is found in various plant and animal sources and is used to convert homocysteine to methionine. Maintaining normal homocysteine levels is important for cardiovascular health. Animal studies have shown that TMG helps protect the liver and increases levels of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe). SAMe may help maintain a balanced emotional state.

Directions for use
1 tablet 1–4 times a day. Additional benefits may be obtained by taking this product together with other methyl group donor supplements such as vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid.
