Triphala is a combination of three fruits (haritaki, amla, and bibhitaki) that have been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic herbal treatment. Triphala has long been used as a cleansing and toning agent for the digestive system. In addition, in recent years the effectiveness of Triphala as a free radical neutralizer has been proven.
