Suggested use
Adults take 1 scoop with your favorite beverage or food 1-2 times daily and mix thoroughly, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. 

Helpful tip: For best results, use a shaker, blender, or drink mixer. Whey protein isolate may clump if stirred with a spoon into cold liquids. For a richer flavor, mix 1 scoop with 110–180 ml of liquid. For lighter flavors, use 225–280 ml of liquid.
